Katarina Ulich is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department and a member of the Entertainment, Sports & Media Practice.
Katarina represents celebrities, actors, athletes, distribution and production companies, motion picture studios, and other entertainment industry clients in a variety of transactions involving the licensing, acquisition, and exploitation of intellectual property and media-related assets. Katarina’s experience includes advising talent on personal services agreements, actor and producer agreements, sponsorship agreements, speaking engagements, podcast agreements, and licensing agreements.
Katarina also has an active pro bono practice, focusing on music license agreements for a musician’s estate.
