Katarina Fröschle is an associate in the Hamburg office of Latham & Watkins. She practices in the firm’s Corporate Department, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate law.

Mrs. Fröschle studied law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and the Université de Paris 1-Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris. Before joining the firm, Mrs. Fröschle worked as a research assistant to Professor Holger Fleischer at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg. She completed her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, having worked, inter alia, at the firm’s corporate department and the M&A division of Europe’s largest private hospital group.
