Katarina Fröschle is an associate in the Hamburg office of Latham & Watkins and practices in the firm’s Corporate Department.
She advises German and international clients primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate law.
Katarina studied law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at the Université de Paris 1-Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris. During her legal clerkship, she gained experience in the Corporate Department of the Hamburg office of Latham & Watkins and in the M&A department of HELIOS Kliniken GmbH, Berlin.
Before joining Latham & Watkins, Katarina also worked as a research assistant to Professor Holger Fleischer at the Max Planck Institute for International and Foreign Private Law in Hamburg.
