Karen Kim is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Kim helps clients navigate US and international regulatory review of mergers and acquisitions, complex antitrust litigation, and government investigations into alleged anticompetitive conduct.
While at Columbia Law School, Ms. Kim was the notes editor for the Columbia Science & Technology Law Review.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Kim worked in economic consulting and at the Federal Reserve Board.
