Karen Kim is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Karen helps clients navigate US and international regulatory review of mergers and acquisitions, complex antitrust litigation, and government investigations into alleged anticompetitive conduct.
While at Columbia Law School, Karen was the notes editor for the Columbia Science & Technology Law Review.
Prior to joining Latham, Karen worked in economic consulting and at the Federal Reserve Board.
Three Latham teams secured major wins in Antitrust, Securities, and Appellate litigation, blocking an FTC merger challenge, defeating securities claims against Adobe, and upholding a US$5.2 billion compensation package for Trade Desk CEO.
