  • Other corporate, M&A, and restructuring transactions

Kaj brings extensive experience advising on transactions across an array of industries, such as consumer products, entertainment, healthcare and life sciences, industrials, financial institutions, and energy and natural resources.

Prior to joining Latham, Kaj worked for six years as investment banking in-house counsel on capital markets and M&A advisory transactions at a major international investment bank.
