Mr. Nielsen handles a variety of transactions, including:

  • Other corporate, M&A, and restructuring transactions

Mr. Nielsen brings extensive experience advising on transactions across an array of industries, such as consumer products, entertainment, healthcare, industrials, financial institutions, and energy transition.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Nielsen worked for six years as investment banking in-house counsel on capital markets and M&A advisory transactions at a major international investment bank.
