Kai Hui (Kathleen) Teo is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate department.

Kathleen advises clients on a diverse array of cross-border corporate matters, including private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate governance.

Prior to qualification, Kathleen trained in the firm’s London office, where she gained extensive experience in corporate transactions, leveraged finance, restructuring and special situations, and project development and finance transactions.

  • Worldpay on their acquisition of Ravelin Technology Ltd, an AI-native fraud prevention platform headquartered in London, UK
