Kaesha Freyaldenhoven is a corporate associate in the Bay Area offices of Latham & Watkins. She is a member both of the Emerging Companies & Growth and Digital Assets & Web3 Practices.
Kaesha represents private companies and venture capital investors in a broad range of corporate transactions.
She focuses on growth-stage companies in various industries, including new media, software, fintech, hardware, and artificial intelligence – throughout their life cycles.
Before joining Latham, Kaesha served as the Chief of Staff at a New York-based emerging technology company, Sup Inc. She draws upon this complementary prior experience to support teams at the intersection of technology, operations, and strategy.
Kaesha earned her JD from Berkeley Law School, where she was recognized with the Prosser Prize for outstanding negotiations. She also contributed to the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, deepening her engagement with cryptography and zero knowledge proofs.
