Latham & Watkins Advises Simile AI, Inc. on US$100 Million Series A

Simile AI, Inc., an artificial intelligence simulation platform for human behavior, announced it has closed a US$100 million Series A. The funding round was led by Index Ventures, with participation from Hanabi, A*, Bain Capital Ventures, Andrej Karpathy, Fei Fei Li, Adam D’Angelo, Guillermo Rauch, Scott Belsky, and others.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Simile in the funding with an Emerging Companies & Growth team led by Bay Area partner Seth Gottlieb, with associates Tori Hu and Kaesha Freyaldenhoven.
