Julius C. Ma

Julius C. Ma is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. He is a member of the Finance Department and the Banking & Private Credit Practice.

Julius represents investment banks, private credit funds, and borrowers in a range of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, debt restructurings, and cross-border transactions.

While at Harvard Law School, Julius was a Student Fellow of the Project on the Foundations of Private Law. 

Julius also served two years in the Singapore Armed Forces.
