Latham & Watkins Advises Viper Energy on Credit Facility Amendment

Firm represents the company in connection with amendments to its revolving credit facility.
Viper Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: VNOM) has announced that it has entered into an amendment to its credit agreement, extending the maturity of the facility and increasing total commitments to US$2 billion, among other revisions.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Viper Energy in the transaction with a finance team led by New York partner Emily Johnson, with associates Tian Lin and Julius Ma. Advice was also provided on corporate matters by New York partner Zachary Podolsky and Houston partners Chris Heasley and Ryan Lynch, with associates Kate Wang and Emily Brown.
