Juliet Joo-Young Rognlie is a tax associate in the Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Practice.

Ms. Rognlie’s experience includes advising public and private companies and private equity funds on:

  • Employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions, financings, initial public offerings, and other corporate transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating employment, separation, and change in control agreements and arrangements
  • Designing and implementing equity and other incentive compensation plans and arrangements

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rognlie was an associate in the ERISA & Executive Compensation practice of another leading law firm, where she advised companies in private equity, financial service, and technology and life science industries.

While in law school, Ms. Rognlie externed for Judge Lucy H. Koh in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. She was an executive editor of the Harvard Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law and served on the Board of Student Advisers.
