Julian Savelski is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Data & Technology Transactions Practice.
Julian advises public and private companies at all stages of their lifecycles and across industries on intellectual property and commercial aspects of mergers and acquisitions, stock offerings, and financings, as well as on licensing, manufacturing, development, and other transactions.
In law school, Julian was an associate at the George Shultz Innovation Fund and the winner of the 2020 Corporate Lab Transactional Challenge.
