Judy Shamshikh is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Judy represents public and private companies in a variety of corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings.

Judy received her law degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where she graduated as the valedictorian.

While in law school, Judy served as a Senior Production Editor for the University of California Law Journal. She was also a Student Associate in the Startup Legal Garage Clinic.
