Judy Lee

Judy Lee is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Judy represents banks, financial institutions, private equity firms, and corporate borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, and refinancing across a range of industries.

Prior to joining Latham, Judy earned her JD at Vanderbilt University Law School. While attending law school, Judy was the Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review and a student attorney in the Immigration Practice Clinic.
