Dr. Judith Laurini is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Munich office.
Judith advises companies and financial investors primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, as well as general corporate law matters.
She studied law in Munich. Prior to joining Latham as an associate, Judith worked in the Berlin office of another major law firm in its corporate/M&A department.
