Josh Cape is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.
Josh represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and private and public companies on strategic corporate transactions. His experience includes:
- Mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Project development and finance
- Banking, including subscription-line and acquisition financing
- General corporate matters
Josh advises clients across a broad range of industries including energy and infrastructure, financial services, semiconductors, and technology.
Josh received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While attending law school, Josh was an executive editor for the Georgetown Law Journal. Josh received his bachelor’s degree from Brown University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Prior to joining Latham, Josh worked off-Broadway as a stage and production manager.
