Jose Francisco Pio Lopez

Pío López is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking Practice.

Mr. López represents investment banks, commercial banks, private debt funds, and corporate borrowers in a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including leveraged financings and acquisition financings.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. López was an associate at a law firm in Mexico City, where he practiced in the areas of finance, administrative, constitutional, and general corporate law.
