Latham Represents Private Credit Source in Gridiron Capital Partners’ Acquisition of ABC Legal Services From Aquiline

Gridiron Capital, LLC, an investment firm focused on partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams, is pleased to announce the acquisition of ABC Legal Services, LLC, a leading national provider of service of process and court filing solutions, from Aquiline. Gridiron and ABC Legal's strategic partnership combines ABC Legal's innovative industry leadership with Gridiron's sector expertise and resources and aims to drive accelerated growth through effective network models.
