Jorunn Wessmann Wirkola* is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Jorunn represents sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions across a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition financings. 

Prior to joining Latham, Jorunn worked in the finance team of a leading Norwegian law firm.
