Jonathan Lin is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Jonathan handles a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Jonathan trained at an international law firm in London, where he gained experience in corporate, restructuring, and structured finance.

  • Diversified Energy Company plc:
    • On its direct listing on the NYSE
    • In connection with its US$163 million cash placing and retail offer to part-finance the acquisition of certain upstream assets and related infrastructure in its Central Region from Tanos Energy Holdings II LLC
