Jonathan Lin is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Mr. Lin handles a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Lin trained at an international law firm in London where he gained experience in corporate, restructuring, and structured finance.

Mr. Lin's experience includes advising:

  • Once For All, a GTCR portfolio company, on its acquisition of Nalanda Global, a supply chain risk and management software platform based in Spain, from PSG Equity
  • CVC Capital Partners on its acquisition of Jagex, a leading UK-headquartered video game publisher and developer, from The Carlyle Group
  • Leonard Green & Partners on its investment in IRIS, a leading global provider of mission-critical software and services in accountancy, payroll, HR, and education
  • GTCR on its acquisition of Once For All, a leading compliance and supply chain management software provider, from Warburg Pincus
  • Ares Management on its acquisition of SLR Consulting, a UK-based ESG consultancy and advisory business, from Charterhouse Capital Partners
  • Diversified Energy Company plc on its direct listing on the NYSE
  • Diversified Energy Company plc in connection with its US$163 million cash placing and retail offer to part-finance the acquisition of certain upstream assets and related infrastructure in its Central Region from Tanos Energy Holdings II LLC
  • Radical VC and a sovereign wealth fund as lead investors on the Series A financing of V7, a data analytics and advisory business
  • Language Line Solutions, a subsidiary of Teleperformance SE, on its acquisition of Capita Translation and Interpreting, a translation and interpretation business
