Jonathan Feng is a finance associate in the Hong Kong office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Feng advises sponsors, borrowers, and lenders on a wide range of financing transactions across the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Feng spent time in major international law firm’s London, New York, and Beijing offices.

In addition, he has undertaken secondments to the London and New York offices of Blackstone Credit, and recently completed a secondment to the Hong Kong office of KKR Capital Markets.

Mr. Feng's experience includes advising:

  • The Carlyle Group on its financing related to its investment in KB Financial, a company listed on the Korean stock exchange*
  • The Carlyle Group on its senior margin financing related to the acquisition of shares in an Indian-listed life insurance company*
  • Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners on its senior financing related to the acquisition of Swancor Renewable Energy, including an interest in the Formosa 2 offshore wind farm project in Taiwan*
