John (Patrick) Frith

Patrick Frith is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Patrick represents public and private companies, private equity firms, and strategic investors in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, general securities, and general corporate matters.

Patrick maintains an active pro bono practice, representing asylum applicants through Latham’s work with the Political Asylum / Immigration Representation Project, and helping low-income entrepreneurs start, grow, and expand their businesses through Latham’s partnership program with NYC Small Business Solutions.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Patrick was a summer associate in the New York office.

While in law school, Patrick served as a board member for the Innocence Project, the Law & Economics Society, and the Transactional Law Competition. He also represented clients in motions for compassionate release as part of the Health Justice Clinic.
