Jenny Li is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Jenny advises issuers and underwriters across the full spectrum of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and investment-grade, high-yield, and convertible debt financings.

Jenny earned her JD from Columbia Law School and her BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Prior to joining Latham, Jenny was a capital markets associate in the New York office of a global law firm.
