Solum Partners, in the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Agrupa Lettuce, a leading Spanish agricultural holding company
Azbil in the sale of Telstar, a Spain-based design, manufacturer, and supplier of pharmaceutical and biotech equipment, to Syntegon Technology, a CVC portfolio company
