Jihyun (Gina) Kwon is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Gina received her JD from the University of Toronto, where she served as the editor-in-chief of the Indigenous Law Journal.
Gina’s practice focuses on environmental and ESG regulatory and transactional support for corporate matters.
Prior to joining Latham, Gina worked for five years in the Legal Department at a leading global financial institution, in the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Knowledge Management, and Strategic Enablement practice teams.
Prior to law school, Gina was a research assistant at the University of Cambridge and the Australian National University in comparative environmental policy and natural resource extraction respectively.
