Jessica Sandor is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking & Private Credit Practice.
Jess represents investment and commercial banks, corporate borrowers, and private equity firms in a broad range of domestic and cross-border secured and unsecured transactions, including syndicated loans, credit facilities, leveraged financing and acquisition financing in a variety of sectors.
Prior to joining Latham, Jess worked with another preeminent international law firm where she represented public and private companies, investment and commercial banks and private equity sponsors in connection with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and financing transactions.
While attending law school, Jess was a staff editor for the New York University Annual Survey of American Law.
