Jennifer Van Driesen is a partner in Latham & Watkins’ Washington, D.C. office and has practiced with Latham since 1997.

Ms. Van Driesen’s practice includes advising equity sponsors, borrowers and lenders in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of private and public financing transactions. She has represented both borrowers and lenders in secured lending and other financing transactions, including:

  • Credit facilities
  • Acquisition financings
  • Cash-flow and asset-based loans
  • Subordinated debt facilities
  • Construction loans
  • Debt restructurings

Ms. Van Driesen is the former Chair of the Washington, D.C. Finance Department, former Global Chair of the Associates Committee, and the former Global Co-Chair of the Private Equity Finance Practice.

Ms. Van Driesen’s experience includes representation of:

  • A US-based media company in connection with US$285 million term and revolving credit facilities
  • Libbey Glass Inc. in connection with US$110 million asset based loan facilities
  • Broadcom Corporation in connection with numerous secured and unsecured acquisition and working capital facilities
  • Integrated Device Technology in connection with a US$250 million term facility
  • The Toro Company in connection with a US$500 million investment grade term loan facility
  • The Carlyle Group in numerous secured term and revolving loan facilities and first and second lien facilities in support of acquisition financings, including Sundyne, Flex Acquisition, Liberty Tire, Novolex, and Sequa
  • GTCR, LLC in numerous secured term and revolving loan facilities, and first and second lien facilities in support of acquisition financings, including Assured Partners, Vivid Seats, and The Ultimus Group
  • Genstar Capital Partners, LLC in connection with acquisition financing for EOS Buyer
