Jennifer is an associate in the Bay Area offices of Latham & Watkins.

Jennifer represents private and public companies on executive compensation and employee benefits matters.

Jennifer has maintained an active pro bono practice, with a focus on helping immigrants. She has represented individuals seeking asylum and other forms of humanitarian relief.

Prior to joining Latham, Jennifer was a member of the employee benefits and executive compensation practice at another leading law firm, where she worked extensively on blockchain and cryptocurrency-related compensation matters. 

Jennifer’s experience includes advising clients, primarily in the technology and life sciences industries, on: 

  • Corporate transactions (e.g., mergers and acquisitions and asset purchases)
  • The design of compensation plans and arrangements for service providers, including executive offer letters, separation agreements, equity plans and grants, change-in-control and severance plans, and bonus plans, including management carve-out plans.
