Jennifer Lan

Jennifer Lan is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Jennifer represents owners and lenders in connection with financings, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and leasing. Such transactions involve a wide range of property types, including multifamily, office, hotel, industrial, and mixed-use properties.

Additionally, Jennifer represents borrowers and lenders across a diverse spectrum of credit facilities.

Prior to law school, Jennifer practiced as a licensed Structural Engineer focusing on real estate construction projects in New York and California.
