    Jenisha Sabaratnam is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

    Jenisha advises clients on transactions in the international capital markets space, primarily representing issuers and investment banks in connection with debt and equity offerings.

    Prior to joining Latham, Jenisha externed as a law clerk at the United States Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C. and served as the co-editor-in-chief of the Berkeley Business Law Journal.

    Experience

    Jenisha’s experience includes advising:

    • The initial purchasers in connection with the offering by the Softbank Group Corp. of US$4.2 billion (equivalent) multi-tranche senior notes
    • The initial purchasers in connection with the offering by Kepler S.p.A. of €500 million senior floating rate notes; and private funds for the issuance of US$110.6 million privately placed senior notes, €200 million (euro equivalent) of such funds’ commitment to purchase additional notes, and the redemption of existing privately placed notes
    • The initial purchasers in connection with the private placement by The Very Group Funding plc of £598 million senior notes and tender offer for £575 million existing senior notes
    • Harbour Energy plc in connection with its issuance of US$900 million senior notes and concurrent tender offer for existing senior notes
    • Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. in connection with its issuance of US$750 million senior notes
    • Ithaca Energy (North Sea) plc in connection with its issuance of US$750 million senior notes
    • The initial purchasers in connection with the offering by Ziggo Bond Company B.V. of €575 million senior notes
    • A global IT consulting and cybersecurity company on corporate governance matters
    • The initial purchasers in connection with the offering by Puma International Financing S.A. of US$500 million senior notes and concurrent tender offer for existing senior notes
    • Trident Energy Finance plc in connection with its issuance of US$500 million senior notes
