Jenisha Sabaratnam is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Ms. Sabaratnam advises clients on transactions in the international capital markets space, primarily representing issuers and investment banks in connection with debt and equity offerings.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Sabaratnam externed as a law clerk at the United States Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C. and was a summer associate in Latham’s London office.

Ms. Sabaratnam earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, along with a Business Law Certificate and an IP & Technology Law Certificate. During law school, she served as the co-editor-in-chief of the Berkeley Business Law Journal, the co-president of the Berkeley Energy & Resources Collaborative, and the co-president of the South Asian Law Students Association.

Ms. Sabaratnam holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
