Latham Advises on Softbank’s US$4.2 Billion (Equivalent) Senior Notes Offering
Latham & Watkins has advised the initial purchasers in Softbank Group Corp.'s US$4.2 billion (equivalent) multi-tranche senior notes issuance composed of euro-denominated and dollar-denominated securities. To date, the transaction is the largest high-yield offering outside of North America in 2025, according to LSEG.
