Jen Goldshtein is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department and the Private Equity Finance Practice. She represents private equity clients in subscription credit facilities. 

She represents borrowers in secured and unsecured lending and other financing transactions, including private equity and private debt subscription lines of credit and acquisition and carve-out financings. 

As part of her pro bono practice, Ms. Goldshtein regularly advises small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs under the D.C. Bar’s Small Business Legal Assistance Program. 

Before joining Latham, Ms. Goldshtein served as the President of Duke University School of Law’s Business Law Society and Transactional Law Society. She was awarded the Outstanding Student Organization Leader Award by the Duke Bar Association. While at school, Ms. Goldshtein worked with Duke’s Start-Up Ventures Clinic where she advised local business owners on a wide variety of legal needs.
