Jason Xi is an associate in the Washington DC office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Investment Funds Practice.

Mr. Xi advises private fund sponsors in formation, structuring, marketing, and operation of private investment funds. His experience includes fundraisings, co-investments, and secondary transactions.

Mr. Xi graduated from Duke University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law. He was also an officer of the Duke Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
