Jarren Koh is an associate in Latham’s London office and a member of the Corporate Department and the Entertainment, Sports & Media (ESM) Practice.
Jarren represents clients on a range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, including advising on:
- M&A, joint venture, and private capital transactions within the ESM sectors
- Media rights arrangements (including sponsorship, licensing, and other core commercial agreements)
- Media regulatory matters relating to digital and broadcast activities
- General corporate matters
Jarren trained in the firm’s London office, rotating across the Corporate/ESM, Banking & Private Credit, Fintech, and Data & Technology Transactions practices.
Before joining Latham, Jarren served in various capacities (including as editor-in-chief) for the LSE Law Review.
Jarren maintains an active pro bono practice, leveraging sector experience to assist nonprofits with content production and image licensing rights matters. He is also actively involved as liaison officer in supporting the firm’s long-standing pro-bono partner, BPP Enterprise Clinic.
