Jana Maué is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Hamburg office.

Ms. Maué advises national as well as international corporations and financial investors on M&A, private equity, and general corporate law.

She studied law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and the William S. Richardson School of Law in Honolulu while working as a research assistant to Professor Dr. Rüdiger Veil at the Bucerius Law School’s Chair of Corporate and Capital Markets Law. Ms. Maué also holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Information Technology. 

During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, she gained experience working in Latham's Hamburg and Orange County offices as well as at the Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany to the United Nations in New York.

    • The €1 billion investment in the Northern Portfolio (residential real estate portfolio controlled by Vonovia)
    • The €1 billion investment in the Suedewo Portfolio (residential real estate portfolio controlled by Vonovia)
  • Digital Realty on a US$7 billion joint venture with Blackstone to develop hyperscale data centers
