Jameson Miller is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Miller advises clients on corporate mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters, with an emphasis on the energy industry. He also advises clients with respect to corporate governance matters. Mr. Miller’s mergers and acquisitions experience spans the energy and aviation industries and includes representing sellers and buyers in all aspects of a transaction. Mr. Miller also advises both management teams and private equity funds in connection with strategic investments, divestitures, and the formation of new portfolio companies.
