James Futcher is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

James advises financial sponsors, their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions on a broad range of cross-border leveraged finance transactions.

He maintains an active pro bono practice, representing victims of domestic violence in partnership with the DARA Program.

James served for 10 years as an Officer in the British Army and continues to serve on the committee of MiLNet (the Military in Law Network).
