Jago Thomas is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.
Jago represents banks, financial institutions, private equity firms, and corporate borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including in connection with leveraged buyouts, acquisition financing, corporate lending and refinancing, and capital markets issuances.
Prior to joining Latham, Jago earned a JD and an MBA at Northwestern. While attending graduate school, he worked as an intern in the legal department of United Talent Agency and was the Law Careers Chair for the JD-MBA Association.
Before graduate school, Jago worked as an Investment Banking Analyst, working on M&A transactions for a range of clients, including private equity firms and FTSE 100 clients.
