Jack McKay is an associate in the Orange County office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Mr. McKay received his JD from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. During law school, he was executive editor of the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property and law clerk for the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center, where he counseled early-stage startups on corporate and IP matters. He also served as an honors intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement.
