Ivy Ziedrich is an associate in the Washington D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.
Ivy represents clients navigating the US merger control and review process and defending litigation from the US Federal Trade Commission and the US Department of Justice. She also assists companies undergoing conduct and consent decree compliance investigations.

Ivy also maintains an active pro bono practice. In addition to representing a number of affirmative asylum applicants, she has served as a guardian ad litem to a minor child in a contentious and high-risk custody dispute.
Prior to joining Latham, Ivy was the executive editor for the Virginia Environmental Law Journal.
