- A major Russian bank in relation to a prepayment facility for a Swiss trading company
- The arranger in respect of the secured financing of the acquisition of shares in one of the leading developers in the Russian real estate market
- Sistema Public Joint Stock Financial Corporation in respect of a joint acquisition of an equity interest in a leading pharmaceutical company
