Latham Advises Carco PRP Ltd on Financing in Connection With Acquisition of SKF’s Non-Core Aerospace and Precision Elastomeric Device Operations
Latham & Watkins has advised Carco PRP Limited, a leading manufacturer of sealing components, on the financing in relation to its definitive agreement to acquire from SKF, the world's largest industrial bearings manufacturer, its ring and seal operation, and subsequent financing to acquire SKF’s precision elastomeric device operation. The financing includes an upsized €100 million term loan B add-on, which follows the existing €365 million term loan B and US$30 million revolving facility, both of which Latham advised on.
