Isabella Pazaryna is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

Isabella represents clients on corporate transactions, including issuers and initial purchasers in connection with securities offerings. 

Isabella maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum and other immigration matters. 

Prior to joining Latham, Isabella received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in Philadelphia, where she served as an editor on the Journal of International Law. While in law school, Isabella also participated in the Transnational Legal Clinic, focusing on US asylum cases. 

Prior to law school, Isabella earned her bachelor’s degree in History from Yale University and her master’s degree in the History of International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
