  • Alta Capital, an Indian investment and asset management firm, on the:
    • Structured equity investment in Table Space Technologies, India’s leading managed office service provider
    • Structured equity investment in Crimson, a pan-India K-12 schools platform engaged in acquisitions and developments of schools
    • Structured equity investment and establishment of Pragati, a logistics joint venture in India
  • Coca-CoIa İçecek on the:
    • Acquisition of Coca-Cola Bangladesh Beverages, a Bangladesh-based soft drink manufacturer
    • US$300 million acquisition of a minority stake in a Pakistan bottling company
    • US$54 million acquisition of a minority stake in a Jordan bottling company 
  • Tencent on the sale of a stake in NIO, a China-based company engaged in researching, developing, and manufacturing premium smart electric vehicles, by Image Frame Investment (HK) Limited, a Tencent affiliate
  • Warburg Pincus and another lead investor in its Series B preferred share financing of JD Property Group Corporation, a subsidiary of JD.com and the infrastructure asset management and integrated service platform within the JD group
  • Linen Investment, a subsidiary of Tencent Holdings, on the acquisition of 30 million Class B ordinary shares of Huya, a China-based live-broadcasting platform, from JOYY
