Ingrid Ying is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department. Ms. Ying focuses on a variety of corporate transactions, including M&A and private equity investments. 

Ms. Ying's experience includes advising:

  • Atotech in its US$5.1 billion sale to MKS Instruments, a global provider of products and technologies used to measure, control, power, and monitor critical process parameters of advanced manufacturing processes
  • The Sterling Group in its US$650 million acquisition of Ergotron, a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of ergonomic products
  • Asia Self Storage, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company, on the acquisition of 51% stake in Ministorage China Limited, a Hong Kong holding company of several self-storage facilities in the PRC
  • AB InBev on its US$100 billion takeover of SABMiller*
  • China Three Gorges-led consortium on its US$1.4 billion acquisition of Empresa de Generación Huallaga*
  • Aviva on its digital insurance joint venture in Hong Kong with Tencent and HillHouse*
  • Baker Bros. Advisors as the largest shareholder in BeiGene in connection with BeiGene’s joint venture with Guangzhou Development District and its affiliate*
