  • Flexera Software LLC (a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo) in its US$1.95 billion first-lien senior secured term loan facility; its incremental senior secured term loan facility to finance the acquisition of Snow Software; and its US$210 million incremental second-lien senior secured term loan facility*
  • JPMorgan, as administrative agent, joint lead arranger, and joint bookrunner, in an amendment, extension, and upsize of Ford Motor Company’s approximately US$18 billion senior unsecured revolving facilities; and as administrative agent, joint lead arranger, and joint bookrunner, in a US$4 billion revolving credit facility for Ford Motor Company*
  • Max US Bidco Inc. (a portfolio company of PAI Partners) in its US$750 million senior secured term and revolving facility to purchase all the issued and outstanding equity interests of JHW Alphia Topco, Inc.*
  • Steward Health Care System LLC in a US$75 million debtor-in-possession senior secured term loan facility to finance its chapter 11 cases*
  • Subsidiaries of Steward Health Care System LLC, as borrowers, under a bridge loan facility*
