- JPMorgan, as administrative agent, joint lead arranger, and joint bookrunner, in an amendment, extension, and upsize of Ford Motor Company’s approximately US$18 billion senior unsecured revolving facilities; and as administrative agent, joint lead arranger, and joint bookrunner, in a US$4 billion revolving credit facility for Ford Motor Company*
- Max US Bidco Inc. (a portfolio company of PAI Partners) in its US$750 million senior secured term and revolving facility to purchase all the issued and outstanding equity interests of JHW Alphia Topco, Inc.*
- Steward Health Care System LLC in a US$75 million debtor-in-possession senior secured term loan facility to finance its chapter 11 cases*
