Helen Robertson is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Helen handles a range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters.

Prior to qualification, Helen trained in the firm’s London office, gaining experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance and competition law matters. Helen also spent time on secondment to private equity firm, Carlyle, where she assisted on a range of international corporate transactions.

Helen serves on the firm’s Women Lawyers Group.

Helen's experience includes advising:

  • CityFibre, the UK’s largest independent full fibre platform, on its £2.3 billion financing round
  • Bridgepoint on its strategic partnership with Rezonate Music Rights, a platform focused on acquiring the royalty rights of top music producers
  • EQT on the sale of Rimes, a global leader in enterprise data management solutions for the investment industry, to Five Arrows, the private equity arm of Rothschild & Co.
  • Goldman Sachs Asset Management on the acquisition of Clear Group, a UK-based commercial insurance broker
  • Bridgepoint on its partnership with MiQ, one of the largest global programmatic media partners in the world
  • TA Associates on the sale and reinvestment of The Access Group, a leading provider of business management software restrictions
  • CapitalD, the next-generation private equity fund manager, on the sale of Qmee, the UK-based app survey platform and fraud prevention technology provider, to Kantar
  • Osler Diagnostics on its series C investment round
