Greg Bonné advises clients on a wide range of antitrust and competition matters, and has considerable experience in merger control matters.

Greg Bonné advises clients on a wide range of EU and UK competition issues, including mergers and acquisitions, market studies, antitrust investigations, and foreign investment control reviews. He has particular expertise in UK merger control matters. His practice spans multiple industry sectors, including media, retail, technology, financial services, and life sciences. 

Mr. Bonné is also part of the Latham & Watkins competition litigation team. He has appeared before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal in England & Wales, and he has significant experience in judicial review matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Bonné worked as an Assistant Director of Mergers at the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), coordinating over 100 merger investigations. He was also an active member of the Mergers Intelligence Committee.
