Mr. Bonné guides international private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and other private and public companies on a wide range of UK and EU competition issues, including:

He leverages a comprehensive understanding of the UK merger control regime and extensive experience navigating cross-jurisdictional parallel reviews involving the US Department of Justice / US Federal Trade Commission, the European Commission, and the CMA to help clients identify and mitigate intervention risk.
Before joining Latham, Mr. Bonné worked for more than five years at the CMA as an Assistant Director of Mergers and Phase 2 Project Director, where he coordinated over 100 UK merger control investigations and served on the Mergers Intelligence Committee.
Mr. Bonné has appeared before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal in England and Wales.
