Grant Huebner is a knowledge management lawyer for the Data and Technology Transactions Practice of Latham & Watkins and is based in the Century City office. 

Grant has extensive experience representing companies, investors, and lenders in a wide range of corporate, commercial, compliance, and intellectual property matters, particularly at the intersection of technology and entertainment. 

Prior to joining the firm, Grant spent four years as in-house counsel at several companies, including a transportation technology startup, a major video game company, and a premier esports team. Previous to his in-house legal experience, Grant spent four years as an associate in the Emerging Companies & Growth and the Entertainment, Sports & Media practice groups of Latham & Watkins. 

Grant received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall). Prior to attending law school, Grant was a Jesse H. and Beulah Chanley Cox Research Scholar at Indiana University, Bloomington, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with Highest Honors and Departmental Honors.
