Grace Tang is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.
Ms. Tang assists US and global public companies with reporting requirements, corporate governance, securities issues, capital markets, and general corporate matters, advising clients across a variety of industries.
Ms. Tang previously served as the local leader of the Asian and Middle Eastern Lawyers Group in the Washington, D.C. office.
Ms. Tang received her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was admitted as a Karsh-Dillard Scholar. While in law school, Ms. Tang served as an editor for Virginia Tax Review.
Prior to law school, Ms. Tang received her Master of Accounting and worked as a senior accountant for Ernst & Young LLP, where she represented clients on a broad range of corporate tax and audit matters.
Ms. Tang is familiar with US and Canadian taxes and US GAAP, IFRS, and ASPE reporting requirements.
