Grace McCarthy represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, and financial institutions across a broad range of transactions, including complex cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings, bridge financings, refinancings, restructuring, investment grade loans, and other secured lending transactions.

She advises clients on a variety of transactions across industries, including technology, healthcare, telecommunications, media, infrastructure, transport, manufacturing, and energy.

Prior to joining Latham, Grace worked in the banking and financial services practice of a top-tier independent Australian law firm, where she gained experience in acquisition and leverage finance, property finance, and general corporate finance.

Grace maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting not-for-profit organizations in the review, negotiation, and conclusion of loan agreements.
