Giuseppe Liotine is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Global Antitrust & Competition Practice.

He advises clients on EU and Italian competition law, with emphasis on cartels, abuse of dominance, merger control proceedings, and State aid, as well as related appellate court proceedings including private damage claims.

Mr. Liotine advises companies active in a wide range of industries, including aviation, pharmaceutical, basic industries, facility management services, and telecommunication.

Mr. Liotine is a member of the Young Lawyer Representative Program of the ABA Antitrust Law Section.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Liotine worked as an antitrust associate in the Rome and London offices at an international law firm. Mr. Liotine currently also holds a consultancy position to the EU Policy Division of the Ministry of Economic Development in Rome.
